Overview
Gardening and Food are two hobbies that are inseparable in Heartopia. For new players, I highly recommend focusing on these two until you reach Level 10. At this level, you can unlock your maximum farming capacity with 40 Planter Plots, allowing you to plant more crops and increase your Gold income quickly.

1. Starting Your Garden: What is a Planter?

A Planter is the essential soil plot where you grow your crops; one plot can hold exactly one plant. To begin your journey, follow the Main Quest until you meet Blanc, the Gardening Expert and your mentor.

Blanc operates a shop in the city where you can purchase seeds, planters, and Ingenious Tools. During the main quest, you will be tasked with buying your first planters.

Note: The initial purchase limit is 10 planters. If your Gold isn't enough to buy them all at once, just buy what you can for now and you can return later once you have more funds.

2. Seed Catalog & Leveling Strategy

Once you have your plots, you need seeds from Blanc’s shop. The fastest way to reach Level 10 in Gardening is by mass-planting Tomatoes because they have the shortest growth time (15 minutes).

Note: Besides Tomatoes, Pineapples are my personal favorite because the harvest time is quite short (30 minutes) but they provide high energy. I highly recommend processing them into Pineapple Jam as a steady food supply to refill your energy while playing.

3. Market Value & Selling Prices

You can sell your harvests for Gold. However, please note that selling raw seeds back to NPC Albert will only return 50% of the purchase price, it is always better to plant them first!

4. Ingenious Tools: Fertilizer & Booster

To achieve high-quality harvests (up to ★5), you will need Ingenious Tools. Achieving a 5-star rating is currently quite difficult, but using fertilizers from Blanc will help significantly.

Lv 7	Top Growth Booster	600	2	Reduces crop growth time by 3 hrs immadiately. Can be applied multiple times to the same crop.

• Active Farming: Focus on crops with the shortest growth times to speed up your hobby level progress.
• Efficiency: Always aim for the Level 10 milestone to maximize your 40-plot potential.
• Quality Control: Use Top Fertilizer only on high-value crops to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
