Selecting the correct server is the first and most important step in your Heartopia journey. Your server choice affects your connection speed (ping), daily reset times, and which friends you can play with. Heartopia offers five distinct regions to cater to players worldwide.

Each server operates on a specific timezone. Here is the complete list of available servers and their respective UTC offsets:

Important Note: The list of countries above is based on regional geographic distribution. Some countries might be added or moved to different servers depending on the developer's official policy during game updates.
Why Server Choice Matters
1. Connection Stability (Ping)
For the smoothest experience, always choose the server closest to your physical location. For players in Yogyakarta or anywhere in Indonesia, the SEA (UTC+7) server is the best choice to ensure a low ping and lag-free gameplay.
2. Daily Reset Times
Official Heartopia servers reset at 06:00 AM according to their respective server time. Here is the accurate comparison of when the reset happens if you are living in Indonesia (WIB/UTC+7):

3. Multiplayer & Socializing
Heartopia is not cross-server. You can only visit the homes and play with friends who are on the same server. If your friends are on SEA, you must also pick SEA to meet them in-game.
