State of Mind
The term “state of mind” carries an artistic flair, yet it simply refers to one’s “mood.”
It is a subtle, pervasive, and enduring emotion.
Whether pleasant or unpleasant, a state of mind can linger, shaping a person’s perception, thinking, and memory.
So, how is your mood today?
Passion
“Passion” describes a strong, intense, and fleeting emotion, marked by notable physiological reactions and outward expressions.
Over time, channeling this energy appropriately promotes balance in physical and mental health. However, unchecked passion can pose risks due to imbalance.
When passion turns into panic or anger and isn’t released, it may cause trembling, cold extremities, or even more severe symptoms.
If you find yourself in such a situation, don’t hesitate to seek medical advice.
Stress
Encountering sudden, urgent, or threatening situations can induce a heightened emotional state known as the “Stress Response.” The triggers of this response are termed “Stressors.”
While stress can equip the body with special defensive or danger-avoiding capabilities, it can also significantly lower immunity, causing harm to both physical and mental health.
To help someone quickly recover from a stress state, identify the stressor and utilize all available social networks to mitigate its impact.
