The second president of the Developer's Guild was a research fanatic.

Perhaps he moved to the world of the little moles, or found a place better suited to his research.
About the titles
Why set titles?
Hmm, this is actually a tradition of the Guild... It began as a whimsical practice of the illustrious second president. He once proudly declared himself the person who understands moles and stars best in the world.
Later, for some reason... he vanished without a trace. To honor him, this practice became customary and was carried on by those who followed.
It's said that in the past, Guild members who didn't know each other well typically used titles instead of names. Nowadays, the town residents are quite friendly, so addressing each other by name is perfectly acceptable.
As for how to obtain more titles... Improving your hobbies, participating in various events, exploring more town stories, and so on—there are many ways to earn them.
