Getting stuck in a wall or falling through the map can happen to any adventurer. Sometimes, you might even find yourself caught in a "player trap"where other players intentionally design their homes to lock visitors in a room.
Many beginners think they have to relog (log out and log back in) to escape, but that is not necessary! Heartopia includes a Reset Position feature that will teleport you to a safe respawn point nearby without the hassle of restarting your game.

How to Reset
If your character is unable to move or is trapped inside a house, follow these simple steps:
- Open Watch – Tap the Watch icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Go to Settings – Select the Gear icon (Settings) inside the Watch menu.
- Find General Tab – On the left-side menu, ensure you are on the General tab.
- Locate Reset Position – Tap the Reset Position button located at the bottom-left of the screen.
- Confirm Reset – Once tapped, your character will be instantly teleported to the nearest safe open space.
